BASF Receives Regulatory approval for Polyclear 136 BASF has received approval from the U.S. EPA to market Polyclear 136, its new, aliphatic, modified isophoronediamine (mIPDA) chain extender for use in formulating light-stable polyurea coatings. These coatings are used in a variety of applications including sealing concrete floors. Polyclear 136 was developed by BASF in cooperation with The Hanson
